DELIVERY/SHIPPING:  We personally hand deliver your items to our local communities which helps to support those communities.  We deliver to Manhattan, Junction City, Fort Riley, St. George, Wamego, Milford, Chapman & Ogden. We also deliver to K-State/K-State Dorms, Milford State Park, Hotels, Schools, Residences, etc.

We ship to soldiers in the USA and overseas! All of our items are made to order from scratch and are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

When do you DELIVER?

We deliver Monday through Saturday CST. We do deliver on Sunday's when prior arrangements have been made. Delivery hours vary. We can deliver as early as 7am with 24 hour notice and availability. Please call 785-579-5684.

What cities do you deliver to?
We deliver in Kansas to Manhattan, St. George, Wamego, Fort Riley, Junction City, Ogden, Chapman & Milford. Also any towns in between the ones listed. We do charge a delivery fee in some areas. Delivery is always free to Fort Riley.

  • Fort Riley - Free
  • Manhattan, Ogden, Milford, Chapman & Junction City - $6.00
  • St. George - $9.00
  • Wamego - $10.00

If I have multiple orders, do you charge a delivery fee for each one? No, we only charge you one delivery fee for multiple orders.

LOCAL DELIVERY TO RESIDENCES, APARTMENTS, HOSPITALS, COLLEGES/DORMS, OFFICE BUILDINGS & FORT RILEY

Delivery is available Monday through Saturday from 7:00am until 5:00 pm unless advanced arrangements have been made. We personally deliver direct to the locations. Please be sure that all details including floor, suite and room are valid. When delivering to dorms, we deliver to the front desk and they notify the student. For Fort Riley deliveries, please make sure we have the correct address, correct barracks number, phone number of the soldier and rank.

We recommend that you have your order delivered to an office or a location where someone is available to receive the delivery directly. If your order is a gift, it is your responsibility to alert the recipient to expect a perishable delivery. 

If you chose for us not to leave the product at the door if no one answers and/or the product may suffer due to weather; we will NOT leave it. For instance, if you order a cake from us that has buttercream frosting and its over 65 degrees, the frosting may melt because its made with butter. Vice versa in "refrigerated" or freezing temps. If we have to make a return trip we do charge $25 to make a return trip.

When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Wednesday for perishable items and Monday through Friday for all other.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping costs will depend on the shipping method you choose. Shipping charges are based on the amount it costs us to ship and for shipping packaging. Please call us if you would like to ship items. If you are shipping multiple items to different locations, a shipping fee will be required for each item.

Shipping Methods  It is very important that you read and understand the service standards and availability for all of your shipping options. We ship as quickly as possible, but once it has shipped, it is out of our control and delivery is up to the carrier. Please choose a shipping method that you are comfortable with and understand. Available options will appear during checkout.

USPS Priority Mail:
Fast, economical shipping with 2-3 day service standard to most locations, and includes Saturday delivery. Although 2-3 business days is the standard and fairly reliable, it is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed option, please see Express Mail options below. Delivery Confirmation number and limited tracking are included.

Shipping Address
Please make sure you use a USPS deliverable address. If you have a street address and a P.O. Box, please use your street address. We do not send deliveries to P.O. Boxes, and requires a physical street address. Undeliverable addresses can cause a delay in the order processing time.
Shipping Overseas and Fort Riley Deliveries

As a former military spouse, I have shipped over 20,000 packages to soldiers since 2003. At this time, we only ship cookies, brownies and the items under the Soldier Item collection. Each box we pack contains a hand written note from us as well. We can also create custom care packages and custom gift boxes in which we can add coffee, creamer, hot chocolate packs, etc.

Items to be shipped are limited, however, all of our products can be locally delivered.

Jeau, a Veteran and I have been supporting our soldiers for as long as we can remember and know that soldiers and even their family members that receive a package boosts morale.

Shipping and Local Delivery:  OPSEC is strictly enforced. The safety of our soldiers is our number 1 priority! We personally prepare, box and hand deliver packages to the USPS for shipping as well as personally delivering locally to Fort Riley and the surrounding areas.
