Heart. Soul. Passion. These 3 things along with the best ingredients help to make the best bakery item you can imagine. Two things that really bother me personally and professionally are preservatives and high fructose corn syrup. Corn syrup is for pecan pie. I don't particularly care for it in everything I consume. It's a good thing I love baking so much because I have to bake everything I consume. Its so hard to find a bakery that doesn't use box mixes or already made products such as icing that are filled with preservatives. I know that what I make I can eat. And now you know that everything I make you can eat. In the future I will be adding gluten free products to the list. It's very important to me that people be able to enjoy sweets occasionally and when you do, you want it to be an awesome experience.
